What is an AID bundle course?
AID (AI·Digital) intensive programs are run by Korea’s Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education (NILE) together with universities, to build AI and digital skills among working adults. According to NILE’s program overview, an AID bundle course groups about three courses, offers them online, and certifies them with a digital badge.

The 2026 AID additional call for proposals lists issuing and managing digital badges in the university president’s name as an assessment and certification task. In other words, certifying what working adults achieved is now built into the program itself.
What program did Kwangwoon University launch?
The Online Education Support Center at Kwangwoon University’s Institute for Educational Innovation was selected for the new 2025 AID bundle course program. Under the theme AID-based R&D Problem Solving in Practice, it opened robotics courses covering robot design, simulation, and autonomous manipulation learning.
How are the badges structured?

| Type | Badge name | Skills |
|---|---|---|
| Base course 1 | AID-based Robot Design | Robot design, applied AI |
| Base course 2 | Simulation and Reinforcement Learning for Robot Behavior | Simulation, reinforcement learning |
| Base course 3 | Autonomous Manipulation Learning with Robots | Autonomous manipulation, robot learning |
| Package course | AID-based R&D Problem Solving in Practice | R&D, problem solving, applied AI in practice |
All four badges use the same design frame. The top shows Kwangwoon University’s Online Education Support Center and the course name, and the bottom shows the name of the AID program for working adults.
What did Certi provide?
Custom badge design
A design frame made for Kwangwoon's AID program, with only the course name changed to create all four badges
Admin account and dashboard
Staff see issuing status and recipients on one screen
Operations report
Issuing data from the program period, summarized in a report
The number of badges depends on whether you issue one per course or one for the whole bundle. For the steps of your first issuance, see how to create a digital badge.
