Hundreds of certificates, the burden of repetitive administration
Behind the fervor of entrepreneurship lies the often-overlooked administrative effort. Issuing certificates was always a breathless journey. From meticulously checking student lists on Excel sheets, aggregating individual applications through Google Forms, to manually entering student information into each PDF file. For the certificates of nearly 200 students, the staff had to quietly wrestle with time behind the scenes. This simple yet repetitive process was an invisible barrier to administrative efficiency.
Effortless Validation with One Click: The Transformation Brought by Certi
Integrating Certi's digital badge system felt like clearing a blocked artery. The previously complex process has been simplified to a single click of uploading the student list CSV file. From there, everything is automated: students receive personalized digital badges instantly via KakaoTalk, and accurate PDF certificates are automatically generated. The hundreds of manual tasks vanished, and frequent inquiry calls were noticeably reduced, resulting in a dramatic improvement in operational efficiency.
A Stepping Stone for Growth, Anticipating Formal Implementation
Of course, we couldn't achieve perfection right from the start. In December 2024, the initial implementation was conducted in the form of a free trial, which, compared to the full version, had certain feature limitations and some operational hiccups. However, this experience helped us realize the potential of Certi Systems and served as an opportunity to envision a better future. Based on this, Crimson Startup Support Division is positively considering the full launch in 2025 and expressed optimism for continuing administrative innovation by building a more refined system.
